In 1997, he graduated with honors from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Economics and Management, in 2003 – from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a postgraduate degree, in 2006 graduated from the M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University with a degree in Law.

He started his career in January 1998 at the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a leading specialist in the Department of Foreign Economic Strategy.

He is now the CEO of the AIFC Green Finance Centre. He has experience in trade, economics and finance, public service.
