ACCOMMODATION

The Rixos Borovoe Hotel provides registered participants of the Festival with a limited number of rooms at special prices for accommodation during the period from May 30 to May 31, 2024. Reservations will only be made for registered event participants. We recommend booking a hotel room in advance - the number of rooms at a special price is limited! These prices are valid for bookings and payments until May 10, 2024. To book and pay, you need to contact the manager of the Renewable Energy Association “Qazaq Green” after completing registration using the following contacts: +7 778 611 22 02 (Julia, Russian), or registration@qazaqgreenfest.kz

During the festival, there will be free coffee breaks and a buffet at the gala evening for registered participants.

When booking a room at the Rixos Hotel Borovoe, you have the option to choose breakfast or full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) included in the room rate.

Rixos Borovoe Hotel offers breakfasts, lunches and dinners for an additional fee for all festival participants. We recommend you contact the hotel reception on arrival at the hotel or the organisers upon receipt of your participant badge and notify them in advance if you wish to order a paid meal.

The organizers provide a free group transfer for registered participants on comfortable buses along the route Astana - Borovoye - Astana. The transfer departs on May 30, 2024. at 6:00 from the Circus parking lot at the address: Kabanbay Batyr 5 The return transfer on the route Borovoe – Astana departs on May 31, 2024. from the Rixos Borovoe hotel at 18:00. to the Circus.
