In 1992 graduated from Kazakh State University named after al-Farabi, major in mechanics and obtained qualification of applied mathematician.
In 2015 graduated Executive MBA program from Graduate School of Business at Nazarbayev University (joint program with Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business).
In 2016 graduate Stanford Executive Program from Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. He is Doctor of Economics.
Career
Since April 4, 2023 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan he has been appointed Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
