Yernar Bilyalov has 8 years of experience in the private equity sector in Kazakhstan. During his career, Yernar Bilyalov participated in all stages of the implementation and management of investment projects in the field of energy, renewable energy, engineering, food production and other industries.

Since 2014, Yernar Bilyalov took part in the implementation of the largest renewable energy projects in Kazakhstan: Burnoye-1 SPP (50 MW), Burnoye-2 SPP (50 MW), Gulshat SPP (40 MW), Shollakorgan SPP ( 50 MW), Zadarya SPP (14 MW).

Focus: financial modeling, financial structuring, attraction of debt financing from Kazakhstan and international financial institutions, M&A transactions, obtaining customs preferences, owner’s engineer service.
